An "Arghhh!" or an "Ahhhh!"
Do you want to see far fewer people sitting in your audience with large patches of hair missing --- these are the "Arghhhh!" people --- and experience many more smiling, hair in place, "Ahhhh!" people in the audiences. Take the "Arghhhh!" -- "Ahhhh!" test before you speak
